(Hong Kong) Limited. He has also represented AIG Asian Infrastructure Fund on
the board of directors of its investee companies. Mr. Leung is now the

Ms. Guo Shan, Born in 1966,
solicitor. Ms. Guo graduated from the Law Department of the branch of the
University of Beijing in 1988 with a Bachelor of Law. Ms. Guo has worked for
Legal Bureau of Beijing, Legal Department of the Intellectual Property of China,
as well as Everbright Securities Company. Ms. Guo is currently a partner and the
Deputy Manager of Beijing S & P Law Firm.
